An earthing depth of the soil polluted by lead, zinc, copper, cadmium and arsenic is 0-1m, the surface soil is flattened, and a relative humidity of the soil reaches above 50 percent by watering; and a PH value of the soil is adjusted to 5.0-7.5 by adding acidic materials to the soil. The carex nubigena is transplanted, and a cluster distance of transplanting is 20-100cm; and/or seeds of the carex nubigena are sown, and a sowing density is 5-30g/m<2>; and the carex nubigena is reaped once every half a year, and/or the carex nubigena is reaped when the height is larger than 60cm, underground roots are remained after reaping so that the carex nubigena grows again, and the reaped plants are centralized and treated including being burned by a fuming furnace. According to the method, the overground part of the carex nubigena is reaped, and lead, zinc, copper, cadmium and arsenic in soil are removed, so as to achieve the purpose of restoring soil.
