The communication method comprises the following steps: providing a network connection service for a client control end and an airport server from a main network server elected from a distributed network server cluster, so that the client control endsends a control command to the airport server. The network connection service provided by the main network server comprises: establishing a first connection with a client control end; establishing a second connection with the airport server; continuously sending heartbeat packets to the airport server on the second connection, so that the airport server closes the second connection when the airport server does not receive the heartbeat packets within the preset time; and when it is detected that the second connection is closed and a preset service rule is met, triggering a re-election processof the main network server, so that the newly elected main network server continues to provide the network connection service.
