The invention provides a sun-screening composite which comprises a skin conditioner, a humectant, an emollient, an emulsifier, a thickening agent, a sun-screening agent, a preservative and water, wherein the skin conditioner comprises dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and bisabolol; the humectant comprises glycerol and butanediol; the emollient comprises cyclopentasiloxane, C10-13 isoparaffin, diethylhexyl carbonate, caprylyl methicone and trimethylsiloxysilicate; the emulsifier comprises PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl polydimethylsiloxane and polyglycerol-4 isostearate; the thickening agent comprises disteardimonium hectorite, sodium chloride and silica; the sun-screening agent comprises zinc oxide, titanium oxide, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine and ethylhexyl triazone; and the preservative comprises phenoxyethanol.
