Abstract

The invention discloses a kit for diagnosing bladder cancer, and the kit comprises a BUB1 antibody, xylene, ethanol, 3% of H2O2 solution, 1% of BSA blocking solution, a DAB chromogenic reagent, hematoxylin, horseradish peroxidase labeled goat anti-mouse IgG, 0.01M of citrate buffer of which pH=6.0 and 0.01M of PBS. The kit for diagnosing bladder cancer is based on the strong correlation between BUB1 and bladder cancer in clinical data and basic biological experimental data of a preliminary study. Based on the correlation between the expression level of the BUB1 protein and the bladder cancer, the expression level of the protein can be detected by taking the protein as a molecular marker to help diagnose the bladder cancer.

Description

technical field

[0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine and relates to a kit for diagnosing bladder cancer. Background technique

[0002] Urothelial carcinoma of the bladder is the most common malignant tumor of the urinary system worldwide, with approximately 76,960 new cases and 16,390 deaths each year in the United States. According to the latest statistical data published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology in 2017, the incidence of bladder cancer has ranked the fourth most common malignant tumor in American men [1] . In my country, its morbidity and mortality rate rank first in genitourinary system tumors. In 2015, more than 80,000 patients were newly diagnosed with bladder cancer nationwide, resulting in more than 30,000 deaths. More than 70% of the tumors were superficial cancers at the first diagnosis, and 30% of the tumors were invasive bladder cancers. [2,3,4] . Additionally, approximately 60% of superficial bladder cancers recur and ...
