A fluid heating system comprising: a heating chamber for receiving fluid and heating the fluid to provide heated fluid; distribution means for distributing the heated fluid surrounding the heating chamber; thermostatic control means for regulating the power supply to the heating chamber; energy recovery means , which collects the mechanical energy provided by the heating fluid flowing from the heating chamber to the dispensing device, and generates electrical energy to power the thermostatic control device; the pressure regulating valve, wherein in the closed position, when the pressure in the heating chamber is below a predetermined pressure threshold, the heating chamber The passage of the heating fluid is blocked between the heating chamber and the drain, and a passage of the heating fluid is provided between the heating chamber and the drain when the pressure in the heating chamber is above a predetermined pressure threshold.
