Abstract

The phase-shifted full-bridge converter comprises a primary side full-bridge circuit, a secondary side synchronousrectification circuit and an active clamping circuit. The soft start method comprises the following steps of acquiring a minimum phase shift angle; calculating pWM waves corresponding to the three circuits according to the minimum phase shift angle, and setting each PWM wave to a corresponding PWM channel; obtaining a new phase shift angle according to a preset rule; and calculating PWM waves corresponding to the three circuits respectively according to the new phase shift angle, setting each PWM wave to a corresponding PWM channel, and then executing the step of obtaining the new phase shiftangle until a soft start ending condition is met to end soft start. The invention further discloses a soft start device of the phase-shifted full-bridge converter and the phase-shifted full-bridge converter comprising the soft start method and the soft start device. The soft start method can realize smooth start of the converter and is suitable for different types of loads, so that the universality of the converter can be improved.
