Embodiment 1

[0028] According to the molar ratio Ni:Fe=4:1, 2.700g of nickel sulfate hexahydrate and 0.714g of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate were added to 75mL of deionized water, and then a flow rate of 1m was introduced into the resulting solution. 3 Oxygen per hour, while gradually adding 1mol / L ammonia solution to control the pH of the reaction solution to 6.8-7.3, stirred and reacted at 40°C for 2 hours, then suction filtered and dried in a constant temperature drying oven at 150°C to obtain NiFe hydrotalcite.

Embodiment 2

[0030] In this example, according to Ni:Fe=2:1, 1.350 g of nickel sulfate hexahydrate and 0.714 g of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate were added to 75 mL of deionized water, and other steps were the same as in Example 1 to obtain NiFe hydrotalcite.

Embodiment 3

[0032] In this example, according to Ni:Fe=1:1, 0.675g of nickel sulfate hexahydrate and 0.714g of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate were added to 75mL of deionized water, and other steps were the same as in Example 1 to obtain NiFe hydrotalcite.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of iron-based hydrotalcite. The method directly uses ferrous salts as raw materials and oxidizes the ferrous salts with soluble salts such as Mg<2+>, Zn<2+>, Cu2<+>, Ni<2+>, Co<2+>, Ca<2+> and Mn<2+> under a condition that pH is 5.5-10.5 by air or oxygen so as to obtain the iron-based hydrotalcite. The preparation is simple in process, mild in reactionconditions and wide and cheap in Fe<3+> raw material sources. The obtained iron-based hydrotalcite is high in crystallization degree and uniform in crystal phase and particle size. Moreover, in the hydrotalcite prepared by the method, in addition of the metal Fe, the amount of other metal in a hydrotalcite laminate can be much lower than that of a conventional method. In Fe<3+>-based hydrotalciteprepared by the conventional method, a molar ratio of divalent metal raw materials (Ni, Co, Cu, Zn and the like) to the Fe<3+> raw material is generally greater than 2, and the hydrotalcite can be synthesized. However, the synthesis of the hydrotalcite by the method of the invention can reduce the proportion of the raw material to 0.1, and the method can be used for synthesizing the hydrotalcite doped with other positive bivalent metal elements with a low molar ratio.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of iron-based hydrotalcite. Background technique [0002] Hydrotalcites, layered double hydroxides (LDHs), are materials with a wide range of applications. Since hydrotalcite was first prepared by chemical methods in 1942, the development and utilization of hydrotalcite materials has attracted more and more attention from scientists in the world today. Its chemical composition is: [M 2+ 1-x m 3+ x (OH) 2 ] x+ (A n- ) x / n mH 2 O, where M is the cation on the laminate, and the common cations that can enter the laminate are divalent metals: Cu 2+ , Mg 2+ 、Ni 2+ 、Co 2+ , Fe 2+ , Zn 2+ , Ca 2+ , Mn 2+ 、Pt 2+ etc.; trivalent metal: Al 3+ , Fe 3+ 、Cr 3+ etc., each layer of the lamina is an orderly and uniform planar structure formed by an octahedron composed of various cations and oxygen atoms through sharing corners and sharing edges; A is an anion between the layers, and the common anions ar...
