An inner rotary drum is arranged in the outer water tank. A power device is arranged in the base and is in transmission connection with the inner rotary drum. The monitoring assembly includes a supporting component, a first capturing component, a first developing component, a second capturing component and a second developing component, wherein the first capturing component and the first developing component are suspended on the supporting component and the second capturing component and the second developing component are arranged in the inner rotary drum. The second capturing component and the second developing component are connected with the bearing component by guide rods.
