[0016] figure 1 A schematic schematic diagram of a drive train 1 of a vehicle is shown. The drive train 1 includes an internal combustion engine 2 and a clutch 3 for transmitting the torque provided by the internal combustion engine 2 . Here, the clutch 3 is connected to the transmission 4 , via which the torque generated by the internal combustion engine 2 is transmitted to the output shaft 5 and thus to the drive wheels 6 of the vehicle. The clutch 3 can be controlled here by means of a clutch controller 7 . The engine speed of the internal combustion engine 2 is measured by means of a rotational speed sensor 8 , which is located opposite a crankshaft 9 connected to the internal combustion engine 2 and the clutch 3 . Wheel speed sensor 10 determines the wheel speed effected by the transmitted drive torque. In this case, two rotational speed sensors 8 , 10 are connected to a clutch controller 9 .

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for the determination of friction energy arising in a clutch as a vehicle fitted with a manual gearbox pulls away, wherein a friction loss during slipping of the clutch (3) is determined. In a method in which friction energy can be determined without sensor technology, as the vehicle pulls away friction energy is determined from the friction power applied as the clutch slips, in which method an energy component from an engine (2) and an energy component from the manual gearbox (4) are calculated separately and are then computed together after synchronization of the clutch (3).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for calibrated determination of the friction energy generated in a clutch during start-up of a vehicle with a manual transmission, wherein the friction power during clutch slipping is determined. Background technique [0002] DE 10 2005 061 080 A1 discloses a method for detecting damage to a clutch having at least two components that transmit torque through frictional engagement, in which method the The friction power introduced into the friction surface of the member due to friction, and the single damage value calculated based on the friction power and time, and the single damage of the clutch is determined when the single damage value exceeds a predetermined value. [0003] Especially in manual transmissions without a gear sensor and without a transmission speed sensor, it is very difficult to determine the frictional energy. Contents of the invention [0004] The technical problem underlying the invention is to ...
