The radio bearer processing method comprises the steps of determining target UE needing to establish a radio bearer and all IAB nodes for providing radio access for the target UE; sending a first RRC reconfiguration message to a first IAB node so as to instruct the first IAB node to perform radio bearer related operation according to the first RRC reconfiguration message, and sequentially sending second RRC reconfiguration messages to the target UE according to a routing sequence; and after a first RRC reconfiguration completion message sent by the first IAB node is received, determining that the target UE successfully establishes a radio bearer. According to the radio bearer processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the IAB main node controls the related operations of radio bearers among the nodes, so that service transmission in a 5G IAB network is realized.
