Abstract

The invention discloses an uplink channel transmission power determination method and device, and the method comprises the following steps: receiving indication information which comprises a reliability requirement identifier of a target uplink channel; determining a reference uplink channel in uplink channels with the same reliability requirement according to the reliability requirement identifier; accumulating the uplink channel power adjustment amount in the control information to obtain a total adjustment value of the target uplink channel power, and adjusting the target uplink channel power, wherein the calculation starting moment is the control information receiving time of the reference uplink channel, and the calculation stopping moment is the control information receiving time ofthe target uplink channel. The invention further provides an uplink channel transmission power determining device which is used for receiving the indication information, determining the reference uplink channel and adjusting the target uplink channel power.
