Abstract

The invention discloses a control system for controlling the amount of sludge entering a furnace. The control system comprises a feeding device which comprises a feeding port, a feeding monitoring device and a first outlet, a first conveying device which is arranged between the feeding device and a bucket elevator, so that sludge particles at the position of the first outlet are conveyed into thebucket elevator, the bucket elevator, a buffering bin, a second conveying device, and a material throwing device, wherein one end of the bucket elevator is connected with the first conveying device, and the other end of the bucket elevator is connected with the buffering bin through a pipeline, the buffering bin comprises a buffering bin monitoring device, and is provided with a second outlet; thesecond conveying device is arranged between the buffering bin and the material throwing device, so that sludge particles at the position of the second outlet are conveyed to the material throwing device; the material throwing device comprises a scraper and a plurality of material throwing ports; and the control system further comprises a control device which is connected with the first conveyingdevice, the second conveying device and the scraper, and the control device controls the speed of sludge, of the material throwing ports, entering the furnace. Besides, the invention further disclosesa method for controlling the amount of sludge entering a furnace by adopting the control system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a system and method, in particular to a system and method applied to sludge treatment. Background technique [0002] At present, the mainstream method of sludge treatment in the country is to use incineration. After the dried sludge directly enters the furnace, it will cause extremely serious fouling on the furnace and the heating surface of the tail. When the dried sludge is put into the garbage pit, it will cause dust to affect the sight of the operator of the garbage crane and cause harm to the electrical equipment of the garbage crane. Therefore, how to reduce dust has become an urgent problem to be solved. [0003] Although in the prior art, the granulation of the dried sludge can be used to alleviate the sticking of the furnace and the heating surface to a certain extent, and reduce the dust in the garbage pit. However, after the sludge granulation is put into the garbage pit, it enters the furnace through the garbage h...
