The middle part of a frameis provided with a travelling device; the rear part of the frame is provided with a fertilizer application lifting device and a ridging device; the rear part of the travelling device is provided witha depth detector; the travelling device is equipped with a rotating speed sensor used for detecting a running speed signal of the fertilizer applicator; an input end of a main control unit of a fertilizer application control device is connected with the depth detector and the rotating speed sensor so as to receive a detected tobacco field depth signal and running speed signal, and an output end ofthe main control unit is connected with the fertilizer application lifting device and the ridging device; and the main control unit controls the fertilizer application depth and the fertilizer application rate of the fertilizer application lifting device according to the received tobacco field depth signal and running speed signal, and simultaneously controls the ridging height of the ridging device.
