Embodiment

[0056] Implementation example: 40 parts of coal samples are carried out to measure the cohesive index and colloidal layer index:

[0057] 1) In this example, a total of 40 coal samples are used, 35 samples are selected as calibration samples, and the remaining 5 samples are used as samples to be tested; As a reference value, as shown in Table 1; due to the large amount of data, some sample data are omitted here;

Abstract

A coal caking index and gelatinous layer index rapid measurement method comprises the following steps: collecting spectral data of a calibration sample by using a laser-induced breakdown spectroscopysystem, and selecting spectral lines in two modes: 1, selecting related elements and spectral lines according to the physical background of coal properties; 2, establishing a regression equation amongthe caking index, the gelatinous layer index and the spectral line intensity by using a partial least square method, and selecting a partial spectral line with the lowest relative standard deviationof the regression coefficient; and then, establishing a partial least square calibration model by taking a union set of spectral lines selected by the two modes as input. For a sample to be detected,a laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy system is used for collecting spectral data, and the spectral data is substituted into the calibration model to obtain the caking index and the gelatinous layerindex of the sample. According to the method, the measurement accuracy is improved through a novel spectral line selection means, the measurement speed is obviously higher than that of a national standard method, and online and in-situ measurement can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rapid measurement method for coal caking index and colloidal layer index, which is a measurement method based on laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), and belongs to the technical field of atomic emission spectroscopy measurement. Background technique [0002] In coal washing plants, coking plants and other coal-consuming units, the method of off-line sampling and laboratory analysis is generally used to detect the caking index and gelatinous layer index of coal. This kind of method has cumbersome procedures and slow analysis speed, and cannot obtain coal properties in time, so it is difficult to meet production needs. Specifically, the standard test method for coal caking index comes from GB / T 5547-2014. The test steps include sampling, weighing, stirring, compacting, heating, cooling, and drum test. The measurement time for a single sample is about 30 minutes ;The standard detection method of coal gel layer index co...
