The sealing structure of the cabin connecting pipelinecomprises double-layer zippers, and a flexible sealing body arranged between the double-layer zippers, wherein the pipeline is arranged on the double-layer zippers and the flexible sealing body in apenetrating manner, the flexible sealing body has good flexibility and ductility, and a shape of the flexible sealing body itself is changed according to changes of an internal pressure and an external pressure of the pressure cabin, so that a gap between the double-layer zippers is effectively filled to prevent a gas or liquid in the isolation cabin from leaking. Meanwhile, the isolation cabin isfurther provided with a special pipeline-type air disinfection machine which is used for disinfecting a polluted gas exhausted from the isolation cabin and preventing the polluted gas from pollutingthe external environment.
