Methods of managing employment between an employer and one or more applicants are provided by a system in which job information pertaining to an employment position that needs to be filled that includes but is not limited to data relating to the flexibility of the employment position is provided so one or more users can access it. A correlation between one or more applicants and the job information is created and reported so that the job may ultimately be filled efficiently and effectively. Preferably, the present invention is implemented in the form of a website, which can be password protected if desired and in certain embodiments requires payment of a subscription fee. Typically, the data relating to flexibility comprises data related to the hours, benefits, schedule and location of the employment position, and preferably the data relating to flexibility is categorized into one or more employment mode categories which most preferably include data relating to acceptable experience levels, time out of the workforce and lifestyle data. The employment mode categories can be self-selected by an applicant from a fixed menu of choices, or may be assigned based upon data inputs. Additionally, employers may use the methods disclosed herein to collect flexibility data concerning the correlation and rate of fulfillment of employment positions and analyzing the data to determine a statistical measure of job flexibility within a single organization. The flexibility data may also be collected for a plurality of organizations and an objective flexibility index can be determined to benchmark an organization against a standard. In certain embodiments, a feature is provided by which an employer may elect to “flex” a position or a user may elect to “flex” themselves.

Automated system and method for processing prescriptions

InactiveUS20060149587A1Previous techniques for filling prescriptions are substantially reduced or eliminatedEasy to handleDrug and medicationsDiagnostic recording/measuringQuality assurancePhysician roles
An automated system and method for processing prescription requests is disclosed, whereby a patient or physician enters a prescription request to an automated pharmacy prescription processing system. For example, a request for a new or refill prescription can be transmitted from a physician's office to the prescription processing system as a digital file or facsimile message, or using keypad or voice commands in an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system running in the prescription processing system. A request for a prescription refill can also be entered by a patient using an IVR system, or the patient can physically carry the refill prescription request to a pharmacy for entry to the prescription processing system by a technician. The automated pharmacy system determines whether the new or refill prescription request can be filled by a central fill inventory. The automated pharmacy prescription processing system sends eligible, pending prescription requests to an automated central fill prescription request processing system. The automated central fill processing system processes and fills each valid prescription request from a central fill inventory, initiates a quality assurance procedure to double-check each prescription to be filled, labels the double-checked, approved prescriptions, and routes them to a staging area for shipment to the appropriate pharmacy stores.

The invention relates to a phosphate cement based patching material and a preparation method thereof. The patching material is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 100 parts of magnesium phosphate cement, 20 to 40 parts of mineral admixtures, 120 to 140 parts of fine aggregates, 0.5 to 1 part of water glass, 0.5 to 1 part of fiber and 20 to 30 parts of water. The preparation method is characterized in that the raw materials are proportionally weighed; magnesium oxide, monopotassium phosphate and composite retarders are firstly stirred and mixed; then, the magnesium phosphate cement is obtained; then, the mineral admixtures and the fine aggregates are added; after uniform stirring, the water glass, the fiber and the water are added; stirring is performed for 3 to 4 minutes by a stirring machine; the phosphate cement based patching material is obtained. The prepared phosphate cement based patching material by the invention has the advantages that the coagulation time is about 30 minutes; the restoration time is short; the construction is not influenced; the restoration effect is obvious; the application requirement of fast patching the damaged road surface is met; the phosphate cement based patching material is applicable to fast restoration projects of cement concrete pavements.
