Abstract

The invention discloses a regulation and control composition for improving the sugar utilization rate of aquatic animals. The regulation and control composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-30 parts of berberine, 4-32 parts of curcumin and 300-530 parts of expanded perlite. The composition takes the berberine and the curcumin as main raw materials, and the berberine andthe curcumin are subjected to scientific compatibility by making full use of the characteristic of different biological structures of the berberine and the curcumin and exert a synergistic effect. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a preparation method and application of the regulation and control composition. Compared with the prior art, the composition can enhance the sensibility of insulin in fish tissues by inhibiting inflammatory response of fishes due to ingestion of high-sugar feed, so that the utilization rate of sugar in the feed by the fishes is increased.
