Abstract

The invention provides an improved and upgraded intelligent pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker. A miniature capacitive PT energy taking device and a signal processing unit are mounted on a circuit breaker body, and the signal processing unit is connected with a front-end acquisition device through a cable. The signal processing unit can amplify signals of three measurement voltages, one zero-sequence voltage, three measurement currents and one zero-sequence current of one circuit line and acquire signals of two direct-current quantities. The front-end acquisition device comprises a sampling unit, a main control unit, a communication module and a power supply unit; the sampling unit is used for receiving signals of the signal processing unit. The main control unit comprises an ARM microprocessor circuit and a three-section type direction overcurrent protection and zero sequence direction protection circuit. The communication module comprises an Ethernet communication circuit, a serialport communication circuit, a GPRS communication circuit and an RS232/485 communication circuit. The circuit breaker has the beneficial effect that data support can be provided for distribution network management. The circuit breaker adopts an integrated design and is simple to install on site.
