The invention discloses a chemical feeding control system for treating printing and dyeing wastewater by electron beams, which comprises an adjusting tank, a chemical feeding assembly, a wastewater input assembly, a stirring assembly, an aeration system, a water pumping assembly, a monitoring assembly and a control device, the chemical feeding assembly is communicated with the adjusting tank, andthe wastewater input assembly is communicated with one end of the adjusting tank; wherein the wastewater input assembly is provided with a flow monitoring device, the stirring assembly is installed inthe adjusting tank, the aeration system is communicated with one end, away from the wastewater input assembly, of the adjusting tank, and one end of the water pumping assembly is communicated with one end, communicated with the aeration system, of the adjusting tank.
