Embodiment 1

[0029] Instruments and equipment:

[0030] MilkoScan produced by FOSS company TM 7RM milk composition detector (according to the product instruction manual).

[0031] The operation steps are as follows:

[0032] 1) Select a milk sample:

[0033] 60 samples of fresh mare milk and 105 samples of fresh camel milk were collected respectively.

[0034] 2) Mid-infrared spectrum acquisition:

[0035] Pour horse milk and camel milk samples into cylindrical sampling tubes with a diameter of 3.5 cm and a height of 9 cm to ensure that the liquid level is greater than 6 cm. Aspirate a sample into the liquid for detection, using MilkoScan from FOSS TM 7RM milk composition detector at 4000-400cm -1 The horse milk and camel milk samples are scanned within the wavenumber range, and the light transmittance corresponding to the sample is output by the computer connected to it to obtain the sample spectrum.

[0036] 3) Data preprocessing:

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of milk product analysis, and particularly relates to a batch identification model and method for camel milk and mare milk. The invention relates to mid-infrared spectroscopy analysis. The method comprises the following steps: 1) taking fresh mare milk and camel milk samples; 2) scanning the samples in a mid-red spectral range to obtain mid-infrared spectral data; 3) preprocessing the original mid-infrared spectrum to remove abnormal values; 4) dividing the preprocessed data set into a training set and a test set according to a stratified sampling principle; 5) performing dimension reduction processing on the training set to improve the model training speed; 6) on the training set, establishing a model for distinguishing mare milk from camel milk through 10-fold cross validation by using algorithms such as nearest neighbors, and evaluating and screening the model by using accuracy, specificity, sensitivity and AUC; and 7) estimating the generalization performance of the optimal model.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of milk product analysis, and in particular relates to a batch identification model and method for identifying camel milk and horse milk. The present invention is related to the field of analysis using infrared spectroscopy to identify ingredients in dairy products. Background technique [0002] The content and ratio of protein, amino acid, lactose and minerals in mare's milk are close to those of breast milk, which is easier for infants to absorb and reduces allergic symptoms [1,5,7] . Free glycans in mare's milk have a wide range of biological roles, with potential prebiotic, antimicrobial, antiadhesive and immunomodulatory activities. In particular, free glycans have the ability to promote the growth of beneficial gut microbes, and these compounds are extremely valuable for human health [10] . Camel milk is known as "gold in the sand". It is rich in nutrients, small in fat globules and easy to digest....
