Embodiment 1

[0029] Instruments and equipment:

[0030] MilkoScan produced by FOSS company TM 7RM milk composition detector (according to the product instruction manual).

[0031] The operation steps are as follows:

[0032] 1) Select a milk sample:

[0033] 60 samples of fresh mare milk and 188 samples of fresh buffalo milk were collected respectively.

[0034] 2) Mid-infrared spectrum collection:

[0035] Collection of mid-infrared spectra: Before each collection of spectra, the buffalo milk sample was diluted with water at a volume ratio of 1:1, and the horse milk and buffalo milk samples were respectively poured into cylindrical sampling tubes with a diameter of 3.5 cm and a height of 9 cm to ensure The height of the liquid level is greater than 6cm, and then it is bathed in a water bath at 42°C for 15-20min, and then the solid optical fiber probe is extended into the liquid for sample detection, using MilkoScan of FOSS company TM 7RM milk composition detector at 4000-400cm -1 Th...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of milk product analysis, and particularly relates to a method for identifying buffalo milk and mare milk by utilizing a spectrum, which is related to mid-infrared spectroscopy. The method comprises the following steps: 1) taking fresh mare milk and buffalo milk samples; 2) scanning the samples in a mid-red spectral range to obtain mid-infrared spectral data; 3) preprocessing the original mid-infrared spectrum to remove abnormal values; 4) dividing the preprocessed data set into a training set and a test set according to a stratified sampling principle; 5) performing dimension reduction processing on the training set to improve the model training speed; 6) establishing a model for distinguishing mare milk from buffalo milk through 10-fold cross validation by using algorithms such as nearest neighbors on the training set, and evaluating and screening the model by using accuracy, specificity, sensitivity and AUC; and 7) estimating the generalization performance of the optimal model.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of milk product analysis, and in particular relates to a method for identifying buffalo milk and horse milk by using spectrum. The present invention is related to the field of analysis using infrared spectroscopy to identify ingredients in dairy products. Background technique [0002] The content and ratio of protein, amino acid, lactose and minerals in mare's milk are close to those of breast milk, which is easier for infants to absorb and reduces allergic symptoms [1-3] . And mare's milk is rich in vitamins and minerals, these components participate in the metabolism of the human body, have the effects of regulating human physiological functions, improving human immunity and preventing and curing diseases, unsaturated fatty acids and low molecular fatty acids are effective in preventing hypercholesterolemia and arteriosclerosis good effect. The content of fat, protein, lactose, minerals and vitamins in ...
