A fulcrum portion is formed by a nut member (30) and a bolt member (40), the bolt member (40) is provided with a first bolt portion (41) and a second bolt portion (42), and the contact pressure of the blade tip is adjusted based on the distance (gap S) between the pair of scissor blades (10, 20) according to the fastening of the first bolt portion with respect to the nut tube portion (32).
