A unified preference structure is utilized to represent various uncertain preferences, and a multi-uncertain preference obtaining method is designed based on the preference structure to obtain a reliability preference level, so that the preference processing capability under uncertainty is improved, the uncertain preferences of a decision maker are rapidly obtained, and the capability of predicting and reviewing the decision trend of the decision maker is improved.
