User equipment (UE) is described. The UE comprises: a higher layer processor, wherein the higher layer processor is configured to determine a sub-slot structure in a slot of a plurality of physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources for HARQ-ACK feedback for an ultra reliable low delay communication (URLLC) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission; and a transmission circuit, wherein the transmission circuit is configured to transmit the HARQ-ACK feedback for the URLLC PDSCH transmission on the basis of the sub-slot structure in the slot for the plurality of PUCCH resources.
