Abstract

The invention discloses an HMSIW multi-passband band-pass filter based on an odd-even mode analysis theory. The HMSIW multi-passband band-pass filter comprises a dielectric substrate, input and output microstrip lines, a resonant cavity, two dual-mode resonators and a defected ground structure. The resonant cavity adopts a triangular HMSIW cavity body cut by a diagonal line, and the resonant mode of the HMSIW resonant cavity is coupled with odd-even modes of the dual-mode resonators by introducing the two dual-mode resonators, so that multiple passbands are realized. A defected ground structure is added to a metal ground layer of the filter, so that the resonant frequency of the cavity is reduced under the condition that the volume of the HMSIW cavity is not increased, the coupling with odd-even mode frequencies of the resonators is more convenient, a source is introduced between an input port and an output port to be directly coupled with a load, an additional coupling path is added for the filter, the out-of-band rejection is increased while the performance in the passband is not changed, and the overall performance of the filter is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of microwave passive devices, and relates to an HMSIW multi-pass band-pass filter based on odd-even mode analysis. Background technique [0002] As spectrum resources become more and more crowded, the development to higher frequencies has become an inevitable trend. Traditional planar microstrip filter structures suffer from radiation loss and high ohmic loss, resulting in high insertion loss. The waveguide element is used for high frequencies and has good performance, but it has the disadvantage of being expensive and bulky. Therefore, the recently emerging substrate-integrated waveguide (SIW) technology has aroused the research of various scholars. Due to its low loss, high Q value, miniaturization and other advantages, the substrate integrated waveguide circuit has received extensive attention in recent years. However, due to the relatively large size of the full-mode SIW, structures such as the half-m...
