[0050] 160 sera of patients with active tuberculosis (ATB), latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) and healthy volunteers were collected. The age of the patients ranged from 16 to 93 years old. In the training phase, three groups of 180 serum samples (60 in each group) were used for microarray detection; in the verification phase, three groups of 300 serum samples (100 in each group) were further detected by ELISA.
