Abstract

The invention discloses an antibacterial oxygen-releasing functional gel dressing as well as preparation and application thereof. The chitosan-polyethylene glycol-pyrogallol gel dressing is prepared through oxidation crosslinking of chitosan-hydrogenated caffeic acid and four-arm polyethylene glycol-pyrogallol, and the tissue adhesive force, the mechanical performance and the antibacterial capacity of the dressing can be remarkably improved; the delta-MnO2 nano-enzyme is uniformly loaded into the dressing, so that ROS (reactive oxygen species) generated at the wound of diabetes mellitus can be removed, oxidative stress of cells is eliminated, and oxygen can be continuously released. The gel dressing prepared by the invention has injectability, good mechanical properties (strong tensile property and compression property), strong tissue adhesion and antibacterial property, and has strong tissue adhesion and good stretchability, so that the gel dressing can be better attached to a wound, especially a joint part; the material can be used as a novel biological material in the biological fields of cells, tissue engineering, drug delivery and the like.
