The carrier shaft (4) has at least one external thread section (7) and the load sleeve (5) has at least one corresponding internal thread section (8), wherein the load sleeve (5) is adjustably connected to the carrier shaft (4). The support unit (3) is pressed against the load sleeve (5) and an upper free end section (4.1) of the load bearing shaft (4) projects axially into an inner space of the support unit (3).
