A power mechanism is arranged in the shell and is connected with the pollution discharge mechanism; the shell is provided with a sewage discharging opening matched with the sewage discharging mechanism so as to be used for discharging impurities adsorbed by the sewage discharging mechanism outwards, the sewage discharging opening is communicated with the condenser circulating water outlet pipe through a sewage discharging pipe, the sewage discharging opening is provided with a sewage discharging valve, and a sewage discharging pump is arranged in the sewage discharging pipe; and the power mechanism, the blow-down valve and the blow-down pump are all electrically connected with the power distribution control box.
