The gibberellin is adopted to promote color change delay of the citrus fruits, delay fruit aging and reduce the yield of ethylene so as to relieve and delay occurrence of fruit floating peel, meanwhile, the propyl dihydrojasmonate is combined to make up for the defect of uneven fruit coloring caused by the gibberellin, and the fruit coloring is uniform while the citrus fruit floating peel is relieved. The embodiment shows that the citrus fruit floating peel inhibitor provided by the invention can obviously reduce the floating peel index, meanwhile, the citrus fruit floating peel inhibitor has no obvious influence on the fruit quality, and the floating peel index can be reduced by 24.6%-61.1%.
