Embodiment Construction

[0034] The method of the present invention is a high-precision off-line identification method that is practical in engineering. The method utilizes the traditional electromechanical test principle, and at the same time considers in detail the conduction voltage drop, switch delay, dead time and The influence of the skin effect, through correct compensation to achieve high accuracy of identification parameters.

[0035] The method is based on the figure 2 In the steady-state equivalent circuit of the motor shown, the identified parameters are all parameters in the steady-state equivalent circuit.

[0036] Such as image 3 As shown, this method is an off-line parameter identification method used in a voltage-type AC-DC-AC frequency conversion speed regulation system. This method includes three processes: stator resistance identification test, short-circuit test and no-load test , the implementation methods of these three steps will be introduced in detail below.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for recognizing parameters of asynchronous motor. The stator resistance of motor is measured by a method of DC volt-ampere. The rotor resistances as well as leakage inductance of stator and rotor of motor is obtained by short circuit test. Mutual inductance of stator and rotor of motor can be taken from method of no-load test. Compensating voltage drop in on state, switch time delay and dead time raises the accuracy and stability of recognized parameter. The resistance values of rotor at frequency of rating sliding difference are calculated by method of two points through test of locked rotor at two frequencies. Since skin effect is overcome, the resistance values of rotor are accurate enough so as to meet the requirement of vector control system completely.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to motor technology, more specifically, to a method for obtaining parameters of asynchronous motors in vector control or direct torque control frequency conversion speed regulation systems, which can be used as an independent module to identify asynchronous motors in such systems parameter. Background technique [0002] The vector control system of the asynchronous motor is a high-precision frequency conversion speed regulation system based on the rotor flux remaining constant and the instantaneous torque controllable by the field orientation method. The performance of the vector control system depends entirely on the accuracy of the motor parameters used in it. If the motor parameters are inaccurate, it will directly lead to the decline of the performance index of the vector control and even the failure of the inverter. [0003] The block diagram of a common vector control system such as figure 1 shown, from figure 1 I...
