Abstract

The invention comprises a series of preparing steps as following: taking powder of Japanese St.Johnswort, adding water, reflow distilling, filtering, decompression concentrating, adding alcohol, homogenizing, standing overnight, filtering, retrieving almost all of alcohol from filtrate, adding alcohol to dissolve the densed filtrate and displacing it to 10ml volumetric flask, constant volume to a certain scale so as to obtain solution of sample; putting weighed up quercetin with accuracy into a volumetric flask, adding 95% alcohol to dissolve quercetin and dilute it to a certain scale, shaking it up so as to obtain 1 mg / ml referenced solution.
