Accordingly, the spike is firm and tolerable, and the product is also lighter, thereby increasing the practicability and the advancement.

As a result, it will usually cause a bending, or even a fracture, to the upright plate b from a strong impacting force in usage, thereby reducing a lifetime of usage of the spike.
In addition, as cost of international steel material increases significantly, and in order for the conventional spike to reach a certain extent of structural intensity, the 1.6 mm thick plate has to be used for manufacturing.
Besides, cost of a consumable iron plate is also higher correspondingly.
Therefore, that conventional product will be in lack of practicability and business competitiveness, which is still undesirable.

Abstract

A thin-type spike intensifying structure is formed by bending a predetermined plate with a punch finishing work. The thin-type spike includes an assembly part and a spike sheet, wherein the assembly part provides for fixing and assembling the spike at a bottom of a sports shoe, and the spike sheet is disposed at a side of the assembly part and manifests an arc-shape design through bending and protrusion. By the arc-shape structure design, a rigid structure of the spike is intensified, and the spike can be manufactured with a thin metal, such that the spike can be firm and tolerable, and a product can be lighter, in order to improve its practicability and advancement.
