Benefits of technology

[0020]According to the present invention, when a heel assembled to a shoe sole wears out or damaged, only the heel can be exchanged without discarding all the parts of shoes, thus saving costs and obtaining economical advantages. It is hoped that the environmental contaminations can be substantially prevented by preventing the shoes generally made from a material causing environmental contaminations from being carelessly discarded, thus achieving a good environment protection effect.
[0021]In addition, the exchange of heels can be easily done by a certain person without using an adhesive or a work tool and an engaging element, so it is possible to save a shoe heel repair cost and it does not need to inconveniently ask a shoe heel repair to a skilled shoe repairman.
[0022]In the present invention, a customer's shoe purchase desire can be ignited and promoted, and a product reliability and durability can be enhanced in large.
[0023]The sneakers for sports purposes are inherently designed to equip with various shapes and functions depending on the purposes of diverse sports, and the heels can be optionally selected and engaged, which makes it possible to enhance an exercise effect while overcoming inconveniences caused as a customer needs to purchase shoes having various use purposes and functions and preventing money consumption. In particular, the present invention is directed to dually absorbing an impact with the aid of a heel with an airbag, thus significantly enhancing the inherent functions of a sneaker.
[0024]In addition, the heels with different hardness can be manufactured and exchanged, which makes the shoes made according to the present invention very functional, whereby the present invention is good for young people in growth period as well as the health of adults, thus achieving a lot of excellent effects.

Problems solved by technology

When the heel wears out due to repeated use, a person's walking posture might look uneasy.
In the event that a person walks for a long time wearing the shoes whose heels are severely worn out, a user body might look like a pigeon-toed walking posture or might look bad with an 0-shape formed between two legs depending on the degree that a heel inwardly or outwardly wears out.
In this case, it is impossible to exchange only the heels for reuse.
Even though the upper sides of the sneakers are not fully damaged or worn out, it is needed to exchange the sneakers, which results in economic losses.
In the event that the heels are repaired in such a way to exchange the heels at a shoe repair shop like the preceding shoes, it is needed to search for a skilled shoe repairman which produces lots of uneasiness and inconveniences, and repair costs and time increase.
The outer sides of the repaired shoes might look unclean, thus making the outer sides of the shoes look bad.
The heels are fixed as the securing protrusions are secured to the securing holes, so the fixed force is weak, thus causing the heels to disengage which might bring in a critical problem during the use of products, whereby a product quality and a product reliability of shoes are largely damaged.
The shoe heel apparatus of another preceding application of Korean utility model application number 85-632 comprises a reinforcing plate and a plurality of securing elements such as bolts and nuts, which makes the structure complicated and the manufacture process and unit cost increase.
Since a certain tool is additionally used during the exchange of heels, an easiness and convenience of exchange are bad, which drives a product purchase desire to drop.
As the interconnected securing elements might be loosened during the wearing of shoes, the heels might escape owing to loosening.

Abstract

A main object of the present invention is to enable anyone to replace a worn out or damaged heel simply by pulling out the heel and inserting a new heel without using a separate adhesive or work piece and a fastening element during replacement of the heel. Another object of the present invention is to securely hold a replaced heel and restrict the heel in horizontal, vertical and back-and-forth directions while in use to prevent separation and disengagement, thereby improving usability. Still another object of the present invention is to reduce shoe repair costs once a heel of the shoe is replaced and resolve any inconvenience and trouble involved in requesting repair by a shoe repair expert, thereby motivating customers to purchase shoes, as well as to increase the life of those shoes, thereby improving the economic value and be environmentally friendly. In particular, the present invention is adapted to running shoes since the heel has an airbag inserted therein and can absorb dual impact thereby enhancing the function of the shoes.
