The lens support structure is pivotally connected to the cap that holds one of a pair of lens within the cup. The lens support structure consists of a base plate where a pair of contact lenses lay on each side and is held by a pair of swiveling arms, one on each side. The lens support structure also acts as two contact lens eye wearing device, one on each side, when removed from cup and having the arms swiveled mechanically downward. When swiveled back to upright position the suction cup at the end of the swivel holds the contact lens against the lens support structure plate.

A new design for a contact lens case is disclosed herein. In a preferred embodiment, the design provides storage for extra contact lenses in the event that one contact is damaged or lost. Further in a preferred embodiment, a separate compartment is provided for housing a mirror. Optionally, the reservoirs holding contacts form a yin yang shape. Other embodiments provide a more compact solution that further includes a novel thumb latch design. Additionally in another embodiment, all compartments are located upon one another in the same footprint.

The contact lenses case has advantages of simple and reasonable structure, long service life. According to the LED deep ultraviolet radiation source and the ultrasonator provided by the present invention, the contact lenses can be disinfected and cleaned thoroughly; a disinfecting process and a cleaning process can be completed automatically; time for disinfecting and cleaning is short; and the contact lenses can be cared anytime without time limitation.
