This invention relates to a differential denoising interactive target tracking method and
system for traffic scenarios, comprising: acquiring traffic video frames; preprocessing the current frame (search frame) and template frame to obtain a search map and a template map; inputting a trained visual
tracking model, extracting multi-level template feature maps, search region feature maps, and template global category tokens through a DINOv3
backbone network with frozen parameters; modulating the search region features using the template category tokens through a heatmap modulation module to enhance
target response; fusing template features and enhanced search features through a multi-level
feature fusion module to construct a hierarchical
feature fusion sequence; performing differential attention
processing on the feature sequence through a differential denoising interactive module to obtain
interactive search features; and finally, decoding the target bounding box of the current frame using a localizer. This method can effectively improve the robustness and accuracy of target tracking in complex traffic scenarios.
