The present disclosure relates to an anti-
interleukin 13 (IL-13)
antibody and the use thereof, and specifically relates to an
antibody or
antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to human IL-13, a multispecific
antigen-binding molecule, an isolated
nucleic acid molecule, a vector, a
cell, a pharmaceutical composition, the pharmaceutical use, a method for treating a
disease, etc. The anti-IL-13
antibody of the present disclosure can significantly inhibit IL-13-induced proliferation of TF-1 cells, can specifically bind to human IL-13 proteins and has relatively high affinity.
