Provided are a hydrogel microsphere for constructing a bone organoid, a kit, a bone organoid, a bone organoid-loaded hydrogel, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The kit comprises (1) a gel system and / or (2) a culture medium system, and further comprises (3) a phosphorus source and / or a calcium source, wherein an addition amount of the phosphorus source in the gel system or culture medium system is 24000-33000 mg / L; and an addition amount of the calcium source in the culture medium system is 2-8 mmol / L.
