A process and device are disclosed for precipitating solid compounds from the liquid zinc or liquid zinc-based alloys of a metal bath. According to the disclosed process, partial amounts of the metal phase containing the compound(s) are exposed to an acceleration higher than the acceleration due to gravity and at least partially dissociated thereby into fractions containing heavier and/or lighter components. The molten mass depleted of solid compounds is returned to the metal bath and the part of the molten mass enriched with the desired compounds is discharged. The disclosed device is substantially characterized in that a hollow rotary body (2) is introduced into the molten mass (1). The hollow rotary body (2) can be driven about an axis and is fitted in the submerged or lower area with conveyor means (21) which project into the cavity. In its discharge or upper area, the hollow rotary body (2) is provided with at least one discharge opening (23) for the depleted molten mass (14) eccentrically arranged in its wall and with at least one further discharge opening (25) for the liquid metal enriched with the desired compounds centrally arranged and/or eccentrically arranged on the discharge side. At least one of the upper molten mass discharge openings (23, 24) in the rotary body (2) opens into a discharge area of a housing (3) which at least partially surrounds the rotary body (2).

The power steering pump provided by the invention has the advantage of shortening a high-pressure oil flow channel with smoothness in transition, reducing flow pressure loss, and avoiding that the power steering pump is failed due to serious heating because the flow channel in the traditional structure is long and bent by adopting a high pressure structure of the pump body front cavity.

Estimation method for working medium charge volume of organic rankine cycle system

The invention relates to an estimation method for a working medium charge volume of an organic rankine cycle (ORC) system. The method is used for acquiring a minimum working medium charge volume of the organic rankine cycle system. The method comprises the following steps of (1) constructing a dynamic characteristic model of an ORC system based on a component transfer function of the organic rankine cycle system; (2) calculating a flow rate of a mass injected from a liquid storage device into the ORC and a flow rate of a mass discharging from the ORC into the liquid storage device; (3) takinga difference between the flow rate of the mass injected from the liquid storage device into the ORC and the flow rate of the mass discharging from the ORC into the liquid storage device as a net flowrate of working medium exchange between the ORC and the liquid storage device, and calculating a maximum cycle working medium variable quantity of the ORC; and (4) calculating a maximum working mediumrequirement of the ORC, that is, the minimum working medium charge volume, according to a minimum running working medium quantity and the maximum cycle working medium variable quantity of the ORC. Compared with the prior art, the estimation method for the working medium charge volume of the organic rankine cycle system has the advantages that the difficulty for solving of working medium distribution is avoided, the calculation is simple and accurate, the adaptability is strong and the flexibility is excellent.
