The invention relates to a sprout production process. The sprout production process includes the steps of S1, selecting seeds; S2, cleaning seeds, namely placing 25kg of the seeds selected in the step 1 in each box, sterilizing the seeds with disinfectant containing 12.5% of Cl, pouring in underground 20 DEG C which is 2-3 times of the seeds in volume, pouring 1L of the disinfectant, mixing well, allowing for standing for 15-20 minutes, flushing with fresh water till outflow turns into the fresh water; S3, soaking the seeds, namely spraying water to the seeds for 14h, 5min per 3h; S4, performing solid culture, namely placing the seeds processed in the step 3 into trays, moving the trays to a solid culture rack, putting the rack in the dark for 4-5 days, moving the rack in sunlight for 2-3 days, and spraying water to the seeds for 30s per 1-2 hours. The sprout production process is simple, sprouting rate is high, and the sprouts produced by the sprout production process are all high in quality.
