cement blanket and belongs to the technical field of
civil engineering composite materials. The application improves the three-dimensional
fabric structure: a three-dimensional weaving is adopted to form a top layer, a middle layer and a bottom layer, wherein the middle layer is formed by a
honeycomb three-dimensional structure formed by interweaving vertical
fiber filaments and horizontal oblique
fiber filaments which are arranged obliquely relative to the vertical
fiber filaments; the vertical fiber filaments connect the top layer and the bottom layer; and the horizontal oblique fiber filaments pass through the vertical fiber filaments in an S-shaped wiring mode multiple times to form limiting knots which are distributed in the top layer, the middle layer and the bottom layer to form an overall tensile strength reinforcing structure. The three-dimensional fabric can be combined with a "two cloth and one film" protective layer and a solidifiable
composite material containing gold steel sand. The application realizes isotropic reinforcement through the
honeycomb structure and builds a mechanical occlusal interface through the S-shaped limiting structure, thereby significantly improving the bending strength, interface adhesion and waterproof durability of the
cement blanket, and the application is suitable for slope protection, trench lining and temporary road paving
engineering and the like.
