This invention discloses a high-efficiency
pad printing device, comprising a
pad printing device body, a
pad printing head
assembly, a feeding
assembly, and an ink
assembly. The pad printing head assembly, feeding assembly, and ink assembly are all mounted on the pad printing device body. A flipping assembly is mounted on the pad printing device body, comprising a fixed block, a third push rod motor, a second
drive motor, a gear set, and a flipping rod. With the pad printing device body consisting of a base, a column, and a mounting plate connected to each other, the fixed block is slidably mounted on the mounting plate. The third push rod motor is mounted on the mounting plate and connected to the fixed block to provide driving force for the sliding of the fixed block. The second
drive motor is mounted on the fixed block, and the flipping rod is connected to the second
drive motor via the gear set, enabling the flipping rod to perform a oscillating motion around its end. By incorporating the flipping assembly, this application can automatically flip garments, enabling batch printing of labels, significantly improving the continuity of
label printing, and increasing printing efficiency.
