quartz glass. The apparatus includes a support frame, a melting component mounted on the support frame, a clamping component mounted on the melting component, a clamping component within the support frame, and a limiting component adapted to the clamping component on the melting component. A actuating component for moving the clamping component is disposed between the clamping component and the limiting component. This invention enables simultaneous installation of the melting and vibrating portions of the melting component, and asynchronous disassembly of the melting and vibrating portions during disassembly. vibration treatment is performed before the melting stage to reduce gaps and air bubbles, improving product quality. During cooling and demolding, uniform vibration of the melting component facilitates product removal, achieving a synergistic effect between the vibration and cooling / demolding processes, thereby maximizing the efficiency of the structural design.
