The related method for realizing uniform state of channel associated signaling in NGN framework comprises: A. equipment entity (EE) decides the associated signaling circuits of MGC and MGW are not uniform; and B. to non-calling-attributive nonuniform, EE decides the state attributive message flow direction, and changes local / opposite end uniform with as opposite / local end if the flow direction is from opposite / local end to local / opposite end; to calling-attributive nonuniform, if MGC decision is nonuniform, it directly initiates state initiation; if MGW decision is nonuniform, it reports MGC for state initiation.
