Abstract

The system includes mobile device terminal (MDT), and downloading service system (DSS). MDT includes user browsing module, capability inspection module, module of down loading content, content preassembly module, the content preassembly module, state report module. DSS includes page display module, downloading description module, downloading service module, state reception module, and call ticket generation module. The method includes steps: generating downloading description information (DI) for the pre downloaded media content; based on DI to check whether media content is matched; downloading media content accorded with requirement of DI; after completing downloading, checking up whether media content is possible to be displayed on MDT normally; if yes, returning information of state report; and the system generates information of call ticket. The invention solves issue of charge disputes caused by that the downloaded stream media file couldn't be displayed by user equipment.
