A method for selecting a cell again after a cell access being failed is provided. A method for selecting a cell again after a user terminal being failed to access the cell, comprises following steps: (a) the user terminal recording information of a service cell which is failed to access when the user terminal accessing the cell; (b) deleting all recorded accessing failed service cells when the user terminal constructs a service cell re-selection mearsure list, and triggerring cell re-selection mearsure; (c) the user terminal evaluating the service cells of re-selection mearsure results, orderly selecting one from the service cells which satisfy a cell re-selection evaluation rule, judging whether the selected service cell satisfies a cell stay condition, if there is a service cell satisfying the cell stay condition, executing next step; (d) staying the service cell and starting service cell accessing again, thereafter finishing the re-selection. The method of the invention can access the service cell more effectively and conveniently, thereby avoiding service delay and reducing call-loss.
