Abstract

The present invention provides a transmission device for brittleness substrate, which avoids pollution under the belt when transmitting the substrate using the transmission belt. The transmission device comprises a transmission device, to transmit the brittleness substrate to be incised; and a motor, to drive the transmission device. The transmission device comprises a belt to transmit brittleness substrate along annular route, a belt supporting part to support the belt, and a suction part to suck contaminations under the suction belt part. Thus, the device reduces contaminations under the belt and improves transmission performance when driving the belt.
