Problems solved by technology

[0008] [08] But there are cableways where the height of the side panels is so small that they only include a single warp
The known splints of the prior art are therefore not suitable for connecting the two sections of such a cableway

Embodiment Construction

[0029] [29] Figure 1 shows a splint according to the present invention. The splint comprises a base 2 , an upper wing 4 and a lower wing 6 .

[0030] [30] The shape of the plywood base 2 is elongated. The upper flank 4 and the lower flank 6 extend substantially perpendicularly to the base 2 from a longitudinal edge of the base. Both flanks 4 and 6 are oriented towards the same side of the base 2 .

[0031] [31] The shape of the base 2 is concave, said concave being on the same side as the wings 4 and 6 . The base 2 has a substantially square and flat first region 2A at its center. A lateral zone 2B or 2C extends from each side of the first zone 2A. The two lateral regions 2B, 2C are symmetrical with respect to the first region 2A. The shape of each of the lateral regions 2B, 2C is a right-angled trapezoid. The trapezoid side perpendicular to the trapezoid bottom is located on one side of the upper wing 4 . The trapezoidal large bottom is always oriented towards the side...

Abstract

The invention relates to a splice plate which is used to connect two cable tray sections, whereby each section comprises longitudinal warp wires and transverse weft wires (24). The inventive splice plate comprises: an elongated base (2); a lateral flange, known as the upper flange (4), which extends essentially perpendicularly to the base (2) from a first longitudinal edge of same; and a lateral flange, known as the lower flange (6), which extends essentially perpendicularly to the base (2) from the longitudinal edge opposite the first longitudinal edge. Each of the two flanges (4, 6) is equipped with a notch (8, 14) that opens at the free edge of the corresponding flange (4, 6), said two notches (8, 14) being disposed facing one another. The upper lateral flange (4) comprises coupling means (12) on either side of the notch (8), which are intended to co-operate with a warp wire (26) of a cable tray section (20).

Description

technical field [0001] [01] The present invention relates to splints for linear cableways. Background technique [0002] [02] It is already known that a linear cableway takes the form of a channel formed by a wire network (maillage de fils). On the one hand, the wire web comprises longitudinal threads generally called warp threads, and these threads extend in a straight or nearly straight manner over the entire length of the cableway, while on the other hand, the wire web includes some distributed lines, these lines are called weft lines. These lines are generally U-shaped, and therefore the cableway as a whole comprises three plates, namely a bottom plate and two side plates. [0003] [03] Such cableways are generally used to ensure the storage, support and protection of flexible conduits, especially electrical conduits or the like (cables and / or fibers capable of transmitting information electrically, optically or otherwise). [0004] [04] Cableways are generally constr...
