The mixture ratios are based on weight/volume/concentration. The sports beverage designed by the technical proposal of the invention not only has the advantages of water, energy, electrolyte and nutriment replenishing but also can release pressure, improve cognitive ability, strengthen immunity and promote the achievement of athletes.
