The invention belongs to the technical field of
cordyceps products, and relates to a preparing method of
cordyceps mycelia with heat-clearing and
toxin-removing functions. The preparing method includes the following steps of firstly,
drying green beans, black beans, red beans and soybeans free of diseases and
insect pests and normal in color and luster in the sun; secondly, placing the beans in
cane sugar water with the concentration of 5-7% to be soaked for 7-10 hours, airing the beans for 1-2 days, mixing potato
powder with glucose water with the concentration of 4-5% to form potato
powder wet
powder, and evenly mixing the green beans, the black beans, the red beans, the soybeans and the potato wet powder to form a mixture, sterilizing the mixture to obtain a culture substrate; thirdly,inoculating a
cordyceps militari strain in the culture substrate according to sterile operation, standing for 1-2 days at the temperature of 25-35 DEG C, culturing the strain in the environment with the
relative humidity of 60-65% until mycelia fully grow in the culture substrate, and conducting light-shielded culture at the
room temperature until the mycelia fully grow; fourthly, airing the mycelia in the third step at the temperature of 30-50 DEG C, and smashing the dried culture substrate to obtain the finished product. The preparing method is novel in concept and simple in production process.
